Based on existing collections and new field collections, 339 new species and 18 new genera of Pselaphinae are described from Ecuador. (Besucheteidos simbanai). This species name honors Mr. Jose Simbaña, resident manager of Yanayacu Biological Station, who assisted with the author’s visit there. By MICHAEL S.
